I believe that understanding ourselves can be the beginning of meaningful change.
I support individuals to explore the patterns behind their thoughts, emotions and behaviours, helping them develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation and resilience. Together, we can begin to understand not only what is happening, but what may sit beneath it — and how our experiences, bodies and nervous systems influence the way we feel, respond and relate to others.
My background as an Occupational Therapist has given me a deep appreciation of the whole person and the many interconnected factors that shape our wellbeing, including our health, roles, relationships, routines, environments, occupations and lived experiences.
Alongside this, I draw upon body-based, trauma-informed and nervous system coaching, together with positive psychology, to support greater understanding, ease, balance and connection in everyday life.
Through my training and partnership with The Mental Wellbeing Company, I am committed to making trauma-informed knowledge and nervous system understanding more accessible, helping individuals recognise patterns, build resilience and create meaningful change.
Life Threads
I believe a life is made up of many interconnected threads — our experiences, relationships, roles, occupations, environments, strengths, challenges, hopes and identities.
Some threads are strong. Some become tangled, stretched, interrupted or lost. Others are waiting to be discovered.
Life Threads creates space to explore these threads, understand how they connect, recognise patterns and discover what might help you move towards a life that feels more meaningful, possible and your own.
You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. We start with where you are, what matters to you and what you would like to understand or change.
At the heart of Life Threads is the belief that every person's experiences matter, and that greater understanding can open new possibilities for connection, wellbeing and change.
Every Thread Matters. Every Story Matters. Every Person Matters.
